IMPORTANT CIRCULAR FOR PARENTS
Kindly follow these points strictly.
*1. Regarding Class Etiquettes:*
- – Kindly deposit 2-2 pencils (for 15 days) *(PG/Nursery)*, 4-4 pencils (for 15 days) *(KG/Prep)*. Bring three already sharpened pencils
*(I to IV)*. Sharpener is not allowed in school. *(PG to IV)*.
- – Every student must cover his/her notebooks/text books and label properly with prescribed covers only, and label them positively *(PG to XII)*.
- – In the school laboratories the students must not tamper with any educational materials. The chemicals must be used economically and under strict guidance of the teachers *(IX to XII)*.
*2. Regarding Lunch:*
- – Kindly send lunch box with your ward. We would not accept it after the student enters school. *(PG to XII)*.
- – Lunch should consist of chapati (Indian flatbread) with vegetables only. Students are advised to avoid bringing unhygienic eatables and nonveg.
- – Teach the students to eat the rolled chapati with vegetables at home, as lunchtime is only 15 minutes *(PG to II)*.
- – Kindly don’t send water bottles with small caps as students face problems while using them. *(PG to II)*.
*3. Regarding Studies:*
- – Kindly check and ensure that homework is completed according to the given daily diary and must be duly signed by parents.*(PG to XII)*.
- – Students should do their homework themselves in their own handwriting as instructed. If students copy work done by the parents, teachers will not check. *(PG to XII)*.
- – The PDF regarding the pending work send in the studybase app *(Especially for RTE students and Late Admission).* *(PG to XII)*.
- – Parents are responsible for completing their pending work. No pending work will be assigned or completed at school. *(PG to XII)*
- – Kindly send (PG to II) all the belongings (i.e.: books, notebooks, lunchbox, water bottle, belt) with well covered and name tag.
- – Please motivate your ward at least 3 – 4 hours self studies and participate in activities regularly also *(I to XII)*.
*4. Regarding Cleanliness: *(PG to XII)*.
- – Wash the school uniform daily, school shoes every Saturday and school bag every 15 days.
- – Ensure that students take a bath daily before coming to school.
- – The students must maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the washrooms.They must ensure that no scribbling are done by them anywhere in the washrooms and classrooms also.
*5. Regarding Arrival & Departure: *(PG to XII)*.
- – The students should arrive at the school only around five minutes before the starting bell (duration 10 seconds) is rung.
- – Students are not allowed to bring any motor vehicle to the school.
- – Those students who are availing of the van facility, must carry their identity card, wait at their respective van stops in an orderly fashion, and board the bus in a disciplined manner. They should not board or alight from moving vans.
- – The students who come to school by cycling, should park their cycles in the cycle-stand and lock it properly. They must follow all the traffic rules while on the road.
*6. Regarding Rules & Regulation and Ethics: *(PG to XII)*.
- – If a student has a fever or cough, do not send them to school. Please deposit your Medical Certificate.
- – We will not allow half-day attendance unless you arrange the holiday.
- – Students should behave in a gentle manner wherever they go. They should greet their seniors, teachers, and elders whenever they meet them.
Students must not quarrel fight among themselves or resort to any kind of unfair practice.
- -If any student is found getting involved in any form of indiscipline activity anywhere inside/outside the premises of the school during/beyond school hours in school uniform, it will be treated as gross indiscipline.
- -The students are not allowed to wear or bring any kind of valuables like cell phones, I-pods, MP3/MP4 players, cameras, transistors, precious coins, stones, or any item of jewelry like chains, rings, etc. to the school. The school will not be responsible for loss of any such article if brought by the students.
- -Irregular attendance, habitual late-arrival, idleness, negligence in doing homework, disobedience, dis-respect, or any other reprehensible behavior towards teachers and others may entail dismissal from the school. Students are accountable to the school authorities for their conduct both inside and outside the school.
- -Firing crackers or splashing colors on school premises is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance with these instructions may result in expulsion from the school.
- -The students should not scratch or spoil the desks, benches, chairs, etc. The students should not write or draw anything on the walls. If we found any student damage to school property. They will have to pay a fine or the student will be dismissed from the school.
